You will join a young, dedicated and fast-growing team to build an exciting travel business which curates and runs in-depth, fun and educational tours, focusing on the destinations’ cultural and social-political circumstances. We are looking for the following positions:

Current Openings

Digital Marketing Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities

  • Formulate, implement and review year-round digital marketing plan for revenue growth, optimise brand awareness and call for actions
  • Manage social media platforms and develop social editorial strategy and calendar
  • Track online performance and plan online advertising via major social media platforms, SEM, GDN etc.
  • Prepare report to measure, analyse and review website traffic and performance of all assigned projects and programmes
  • Enhance website visiting experience
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University graduate with a degree preferably in Business, Journalism, Social Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing / online advertising
  • Experienced in managing online and social media campaigns
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficient in using online advertising and analytical tools
  • Creative, ambitious and possess entrepreneurial spirit
  • A good team player who is self-motivated and result-oriented. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Working experience in digital agency / start-ups is definitely an advantage
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Marketing and Project Executive (Full-time)

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate and liaise with business partners for impactful joint promotion and events
  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns for brand awareness and revenue growth
  • Develop and design marketing materials, including social media feeds and offline publication
  • Examine and develop new tour destinations according to market needs
  • Daily Operation and Customer Service
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University graduate with a degree preferably in Journalism, Marketing, Social Science or a related discipline
  • 1-2 years of experience in brand management / marketing / public relations
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency with Mac platform and Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Lightroom / InDesign / PremierPro is highly preferred
  • A good team player who is responsible, energetic, result-oriented, independent and able to multitask
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese, both spoken and written

Content and Project Executive (Full-time)

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop itineraries, tour commentaries and learning materials for in-depth and educational tours
  • Work closely with external partners to ensure an excellent quality in tour execution
  • Daily operation and customer service
  • Research and compile tour proposals in accordance with objectives set out by schools and institutions
  • Provide website and social media content
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University graduate with a degree preferably in Social Science, Arts or a related discipline, fresh graduate are welcome
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both spoken and written
  • Command good knowledge of world politics, history and international relations
  • Good story-telling and public speaking skills
  • A good team player who is responsible, attentive to details, result-oriented and independent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required

Tour Mentor (Freelance)

Responsibilities

  • Lead public and private tours as requested
  • Close communication with local partners to ensure an excellent quality in tour execution
  • Take care of guests or students throughout the tour
  • Hold pre-departure briefings and workshops as requested
  • Provide relevant materials for social media promotion after the tour

Requirements

  • Experienced and insightful traveller with a lot of travel stories to tell
  • Caring, patient and attentive to details
  • Independent, responsible, mature and resourceful
  • Good story-telling and public speaking skills
  • University graduate, degree in Social Science, Arts or a related discipline is a plus
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Command in other foreign language(s) is a plus
  • Interested in world politics, history and culture. In-depth knowledge on any particular country is a plusProficiency in photography is a plus
  • Able to lead around 7-14 days per tour, at least three tours per year
