1. GLO Travel Limited (下稱「GLO Travel」或「我們」) 致力確保所有透過 glotravel.hk 遞交的個人資料均按照《個人資料 (私隱) 條例》的相關條文處理。
收集個人資料
2. 當你對 glotravel.hk 的表格/問卷作出回覆時，GLO Travel 會收集並儲存你所提交的回覆，並將該資料視為你的私人資料。
3. 你提供表格/問卷回覆屬自願性質。你可以選擇不對任何特定問題提供回覆 (尤其是要求你提供個人資訊或資料的問題)。不過，如 GLO Travel 將該問題標記為必答，你可能無法完成整份表格/問卷。

4. GLO Travel 收集和使用你的個人信息，包括但不限於：姓名、性別、生日日期、電話號碼、電郵地址及通信地址作以下目的：
a) 以處理 GLO Travel 業務下你的報名、申請、訂閱及註冊程序；
b) 以處理 GLO Travellers 會員計劃 (如適用) 下的服務及會藉；
c) 以提供最新資訊、宣傳、市場推廣及聲明；及
d) 其他與上列任何一項有直接關係的用途。
5. GLO Travel 會保密地保留你所提供的個人資料，只有經授權的人士方可准許查閱及處理你之個人資料。GLO Travel 可能會把你的個人資料轉交予位於香港或境外的：
a) 業務伙伴；及
b) 代表 GLO Travel 從事活動的服務供應商或承辦商。

6. 如你不願接收來自 GLO Travel 的宣傳及市場推廣資訊，或不願接收特定類型的推廣資訊，或不願從某特定渠道 (如群發郵件) 傳送的推廣資訊，請以書面通知或按直接促銷資訊中提供的聯繫方式聯絡 GLO Travel。
資料保留
7. 除非法律要求或允許保留資料，否則 GLO Travel 會採取一切合理可行的步驟，於不再需要你的資料為達成此聲明內列明的或於收集資料時指定的目的 (包括直接有關的目的) 時，不再保留你的資料。
查閱及改正資料
8. 你有權電郵至 info@glotravel.hk 以聯絡資料私隱主任，要求查閱及修正 GLO Travel 所持有的個人資料。GLO Travel 或會對你徵收處理查閱資料要求的費用。
9. GLO Travel 會採取合理的措施以防止你的個人資料遺失、挪用、擅自使用或毀壞；確保保存之個人資料為準確、完整、正確及可靠。然而，GLO Travel 或會為遵守任何司法管轄區的法律或法庭命令，或應任何司法管轄區的政府、執法部門或行政機構要求披露個人資料，及就有關你所引起的訴訟或在訴訟中進行抗辯時而披露所需資料。

1. GLO Travel Limited (“GLO Travel” or “we”) is concerned to ensure that all personal data submitted through glotravel.hk are handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
Collection of Personal Data
2. When you respond to forms/surveys hosted by glotravel.hk, GLO Travel collect and store the form/survey responses that you submit and treat that information as your personal information.
3. Providing form/survey responses is voluntary. You can choose not to provide an answer to any given question (especially those requesting your personal information or data). However, sometimes this will prevent you from completing a form/survey if GLO Travel has marked that question as requiring an answer.
Purposes of Collection
4. From time to time GLO Travel may collect your personal data including but not limited to your name, gender, date of birth, telephone number, email address and mailing address for the following purposes:
a) to process your enrolment, applications, subscriptions and registration within the business domains of GLO Travel;
b) to administer the services and membership status in relation to the GLO Travellers Membership Programme (if applicable);
c) to provide you with latest news, promotions, marketing materials and statements ; and
d) other purposes directly relating to any of the above.
5. GLO Travel will keep your personal data confidential and only GLO Travel’s authorized parties will have access to and handle your personal data. Solely for the purpose of facilitating the operation, GLO Travel may disclose or transfer your personal data to, within or outside of Hong Kong,:
a) its business partners; and
b) service providers and contractors engaged in activities on behalf of GLO Travel
Use of Personal Data in Direct Marketing
6. If you do not wish to receive any promotional and direct marketing materials from GLO Travel or do not wish to receive particular types of such materials or do not wish to receive such materials through any particular means of communication (e.g. EDM), please inform us in writing or via the contact information provided in our direct marketing materials.
Data Retention
7. GLO Travel will take all reasonably practicable steps not to retain your Information where it is no longer necessary for fulfilment of the purposes (including directly related purposes) referred to in this Statement or as otherwise specified at the time of collection, unless any retention is required or permitted by law.
Personal Data Access and Correction
8. You have the right to contact the data privacy officer via info@glotravel.hk to request for access and correction of your personal data held by GLO Travel. A fee may be imposed for processing your data access request(s).
9. GLO Travel takes reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misappropriation, unauthorized access or destruction of your personal data; and also takes reasonable steps to ensure that all personal data held is accurate, complete, correct and reliable for the intended use. Yet, GLO Travel may disclose your personal data when required by law or court order of any jurisdiction, or as requested by any government or law enforcement authorities or administrative organs. GLO Travel may disclose the data as is necessary to bring a legal action or defend any legal action in relation to you.
